How does the fingerprint lock work?
A precision sensor on the side of the clutch reads your fingerprint and unlocks the main compartment in under a second. You register your prints once during setup — up to 10 different fingerprints. Only registered prints will open it.
What happens if the fingerprint doesn't recognize me?
Every LOCK.IT includes a backup unlock method, so you are never locked out of your own bag. We'll show you in the tutorial and the user guide.
How long does the battery last?
Around 30 days on a single charge under normal use. Charge with any Type-C cable.
Is the leather real?
Yes. LOCK.IT is made from genuine leather — not PU, not synthetic. It'll soften and develop character the more you carry it.
Can I share it with someone else?
Register up to 10 fingerprints. Only prints you register will ever open it. Reset any time.
Do you ship cash on delivery?
Yes. We deliver across Egypt with cash on delivery. You pay when the clutch arrives at your door.
What's your return policy?
